Transformational deal combines fast-growing concrete technology innovator with industry pioneer
TORONTO, Ontario and EVERGREEN, Colorado — EXACT Technology Corporation, a leader in online concrete monitoring technology, today announced that it has acquired Products Engineering, Inc. (“PE”), manufacturer of Sure Cure electric concrete curing systems since 1970.
Under the terms of the agreement, PE’s team will join EXACT’s and continue to operate their Sure Cure business from PE’s headquarters in Colorado.

Products Engineering, Inc. was founded by Brad Davis in 1970. While running a prestressed concrete plant in Boulder Colorado in the 1960’s, Brad, a civil engineer, found curing concrete was always an issue.
